YP Dev Portal: Organization ID

Listed at the top of the Dev Resource Group under the name Darryl provided is an Organization ID. The Organization ID is an identifier used to identify Romanworks as a PACS Partner for federated identity purposes.

Note: Note that this organization IS NOT the same as a client organization, which represents a group of installations. This is called out to avoid confusion later in training.
